This project explores the concept of communication solely between a child and a mother figure.
In my search for a maternal presence in my life, I've often unconsciously placed partners and lovers in this role, burdening them with a responsibility they were unaware of. Each relationship with these surrogate mother figures has been depicted and documented through this ongoing project.
Using abstract elements to represent objects and situations, I create visual narratives inspired by my writings and reflections after these figures have long departed from my life.
